Cancellations/No Shows Hurt
Kindly give 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments.
Day of cancellations- you will be responsible for payment in full.
If using a gift certificate or massage package session, the gift certificate or massage package session will be redeemed as payment for missed session.
If same day appointments are made and the appointment is cancelled or you do not show up, the same policy applies as stated above.
All appointments cancelled by you through voicemail,text or email are considered cancelled.
New Client Arrivals
We welcome you to the practice! Please note all new clients must schedule their first appointment through the website,
I am happy to answer questions you may have prior to booking your appointment.

All Clients
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will promptly end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. Full payment for your session is expected. Please turn off all cell phones so that you may thoroughly relax and enjoy your session.
Payment
Cash, credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and personal checks are acceptable forms of payment.
Frequent Treatment Packages must be used within one year of purchase and are non-refundable.
In order to provide high quality service to all, this practice asks for full payment of service at time of your appointment. Thank you.
Confidentiality
At SMP your client confidentiality is very important. All conversation and shared information is kept strictly confidential. If there are situations where you would like your doctor, pt provider or exercise instructor to discuss your injury or together create a program, no problem but you do need to sign a release form. Thank you.
Packages
Frequent Treatment packages must be used within a year from date of purchase. These packages can be shared with two people.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are like cash please keep them in a safe place and bring them with you to redeem. Value paid applicable for 7 years from date of purchase THEY ARE NON_REFUNDABLE. Frequent Treatment Packages purchased as gift certificates must be used within one year from date of service.
Gift Certificates that are donated by SMP & B are valid for one year as stated on certificate.
Should you schedule an appointment and no-show your gift certificate will be considered redeemed.
You must have gift card in hand to redeem- no exceptions as of 1/4/2019
Illness & Rashes
Please reschedule if you have a fever, or contagious cold or rash such as poison ivy. It is not healthy for your body and places the practitioner and other clients at risk.
Perfume & Cleanliness
Please refrain from perfume, essential oils- especially the highly scented patchouli oil and lotions when coming for massage. We try to maintain a fragrance free environment for the comfort of all.
Please shower after your workouts prior to coming in for massage. Thank you.
