Frequent Treatment Packages must be used within one year
of purchase and are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are valid for 7 years from date of purchase
and are non-refundable.
Donated gift cards valid for one year as shown on card.
Emailed gift cards available upon request.
Gift Certificates are mailed to address given in a plain manila envelope on day order is placed. Gift certificates are like cash. Do not lose. Must have in order to redeem. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
